      JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Manage and Direct E-Commerce Vertical to achieve Sales and Profit Goals.
    • Responsible for follow up daily online e-commerce orders, stock inventory, order delivery management, order processing management, and excel sheet management, invoicing documents.

    • Well versed with online marketing activities and share ideas to boost sales.
    • Developing product catalogs and promoting them online.
    • Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
    • Monitor day to day sales, catalogue, promotions, returns, customer issues etc.
    • Partnering with promotional sites, blogs and having product reviews and promoted through different channels.
    • Manage online marketing and regular web-promotions on the e-store, Day to day order possessing across platforms.
    • Relationship management with portal assigned managers and customers by providing support and solving their queries.
    • Handling purchase orders and procuring goods as per requirement of clients and company. Taking customer reviews/feedback and to maintain good relationships with customers.
    • Evaluate Technical Specifications of the Product and ensuring Quality levels are maintained.
    • Editing product portfolio and ensuring world class products available on all online sites. Tracking launch dates and sells through of all new models of in systematic way.
